Welcome to Icon Sites! By purchasing a website creation package from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
**1. Overview**
Icon Sites, operating under the business name Icon Sites and accessible via icon-sites.com, specializes in creating custom websites using the Squarespace platform. Our services are designed to provide a professional and efficient online presence for our clients.
**2. Account Creation**
Creating an account with Icon Sites is optional. If you choose to create an account, your data will be used solely for marketing and advertising purposes and will not be used in harmful or unethical ways.
**3. Payment Terms**
Clients will be charged a one-time fee for website creation packages. Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments, which accepts the following methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express (AMEX)
- Discover
- Apple Pay
- Afterpay/Clearpay
- Klarna
- Link by Stripe
**4. Refund Policy**
All sales for website creation packages are final. Refunds are not provided unless Icon Sites fails to deliver the website to the client within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase.
**5. Support and Maintenance**
After your website is created, we will transfer the Squarespace account to you, allowing you to manage updates, view analytics, and track traffic and sales. Icon Sites provides ongoing support, including troubleshooting and updates, to ensure your website runs smoothly. Please note that after the site is created, you will need to pay Squarespace $25 a month for hosting, security, and platform access.
**6. Termination of Service**
Icon Sites reserves the right to terminate user accounts or deny service under the following conditions:
- Violation of these terms and conditions
- Use of the website for illegal or unethical activities
- Providing false or misleading information
- Failure to comply with payment terms
- Harassment or abuse towards Icon Sites staff or representatives
**7. Data Privacy**
Your data privacy is important to us. Information collected through optional account creation will be used strictly for marketing and advertising purposes and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
